These days when friends and acquaintances meet, invariably the question surfaces: “Are you on Facebook?” or “Why aren’t you on Facebook?”

Well, Businesstraveller.asia is, and has been on the world’s favourite social networking site for some time now.

Here, it has been providing regular updates so “Fans” – whether business travellers or just plain avid travellers – can stay in touch with breaking news within the Facebook environment that they already know and are familiar with. Flash reports of transport disruptions; hotel promos from all the chains Accor; exclusive peeks at the latest airline and hospitality products even before they're rolled out and many more have kept our followers in the know, as well as enabled them to make smart decisions on the road.

And when there’s been an event or milestone in the lives of Businesstraveller.asia’s sister products Business Traveller Asia-Pacific, Business Traveller China and MIX, Asia’s creative meetings magazine, Fans can relive the moment through the numerous photos we post soon after they're taken.

Facebook is so easily accessible now via smartphones like the BlackBerry, iPhone, Android phone and technology like Windows devices. So there’s no excuse not to sign up and be a part of this big online community.

And who says we’re the only ones with the message? Fans are always welcome to drop notes, share their thoughts and insights or even tell us how we can do better to respond to their information needs.

I am a Diamond member of CX, and my luggage tagged with First Priority does not come out first many cases, especially arriving into China airports. I had complained about this many many time over 12 months, but only received apology letter. So my suggestion for other CX traveller...don't check your bag if you are in hurry. They also got delayed during transit easily in HK. The policy of the luggage travelling on the same flight as the passenger IS NOT being followed by CX. My many experience told me.

Cathay Pacific has the worst luggage service. Luggages tagged with "First Priority" does not come out firs usually. Any transit thru Hong Kong, the chance of your luggages catching the same flight with you is about 50%. I suggest all biz traveller to take their luggages with them into the cabin.
