Well, there is actually nothing to report here since the past months/years. CI still have the old C class seating in their B747, the A640 Dynasty C seating is more comfortable and recline more than both B747 and A330 C class seats. The A330 C class seat is in a fixed shell like most of the airlines nowadays. But recline and comfort is not up to the best in its league. Service is still good and typical Asian attentivness are still cheerished. Food quality and sometimes quantity are not topnotch. Very inconsistent.

CI has not introduced any lie flat angled C class seating yet like archrival BR. Hopefully they have learned from the others that the future of being succesful in the industry lies on factors like offering a full flat bed, consistent service standards of food, service attitudes... It is actuall a good time for CI to stand out from the others who are struggling to amend their faults over recent PR disaster or just busy ignoring their pax's suggestion and blinded by their own multi million dollars self-expression which everyone think is a failure.
