I am not given to posting comment but after a 5+ hour flight to Egypt from Gatwick and return I just cannot hold back.
Seat space is almost inhuman, there was no in flight entertainment, the principle purpose of staff is to sell food, drink, duty free, magazines etc which blocks the aisles and prevents access to the limited toilets.
I was in row 9 on the outbound flight and it was freezing cold, upon requesting temp to be increased was told rows 7-15 suffer from a known cold problem and turning heat up for them would be too hot in rest of cabin.
I know the companies are pairing back to be more cost competitive but they are nearly at the point where the seat size is too small to allow you to put your hand in your pocket to reach your money to pay for the goods they sell you whilst held captive. Was really impressed with the resort but distressed with the flight.
