I have no issue with using Partner airlines but wondered why it cost more.
When I looked just now, probably 10 minutes before you checked, I saw 1 seat July 7th, but that was about it.

In January I was "fortunate" (not sure whether that is the right word to use) in securing a LHR-BKK-LHR avios rewards booking using QF/BA for 120,000 avios plus Euros 608.
